Dr. Ramadan currently serves as the Secretary-General of the Accounting Council, and brings with him over 40 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, and financial oversight.
He holds a PhD in Accounting and has taught auditing at higher education institutions, where he is recognized for his academic excellence.
He is an ACCA Affiliate and remains committed to professional growth, with strong expertise in auditing, accounting, and taxation.

Dr. Yassin is a distinguished expert in accounting and auditing, with over 25 years of experience in the field. He holds a PhD in Accounting, with a specialized focus on audit committees and the quality of financial reporting.
He is the Founder and CEO of Tanweer Management Consultancies and Yamy, leading firms operating across Sudan, the UAE, Malaysia, and the UK. Under his leadership, these companies collectively manage a team of over 120 professionals.
Dr. Yassin is a certified SOCPA Fellow, a licensed auditor accredited by the Arab Association of Public Accountants and Auditors, and an affiliate member of the UAE Accountants and Auditors Association. He is also an ACCA Affiliate and holds professional fellowships in India and the United Kingdom, further reinforcing his global recognition in the accounting and auditing profession.
Throughout his career, he has worked with prestigious international firms such as Ernst & Young (E&Y) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), bringing deep expertise in financial reporting, audit standards, and regulatory compliance.

Dr. Salah Attarjamy is a finance expert with over 34 years of experience. He is the co-founder and partner at Katiboon Consult, specializing in audits, financial due diligence, and strategic planning.
He has held senior roles in major institutions and taught at leading Sudanese universities. As a member of AAPOC, he actively contributes to professional training and development in Sudan’s accounting sector.
